Age Started Masters: 47 Masters Achievements: All American: 100M; 200M; 400M NH Senior State Records in the 100M and 200M (2005) Track Club: Mass Velocity Any Injuries: Chronic Back Problems ; hamstring tear; numerous muscle strains Reasons Goals for Sprinting: After 15 years of distance running, I felt the need for a 'change of pace'...........not far.......just fast!!!!!!!! Comments: I've learned the hard way that less is more...and that I must listen to the body to stay healthy. The eliptical machine is a great substitute when the body's had too much pounding on the track. |
